Rustic food trailer at Fox Valley undergoes a rebrand.

The converted horsebox trailer, formally known as Seven Hills Grill, has recently been rebranded to The Horsebox Grill following change of management.
The horse trailer was first
launched at the centre in 2019 by on-site butchers, John Crawshaws. Mandy Major
took over the popular food van just under a year ago, in August 2022, after
seeing huge potential in the business and its location. Now Mandy has decided
to make it her own and rename the business, The Horsebox Grill.
The Horsebox Grill has an
attractive outdoor seating area around the centre’s water fountains, where
customers can sit back and relax whilst tucking into the grill’s famous range
of hot breakfast sandwiches which are served all year round.
Customers can also order a hot
rump steak sandwich with extra’s such as onions, cheese and mushrooms off the
special’s menu, as well as double cheeseburgers and hash browns.
The grill serves a variety of
cold sandwiches, delicious cakes, bakes with hot and cold drinks and some
delicious choc ices in the summer months.
With its best seller being the
bacon, sausage and egg sandwich, the management team at The Horsebox Grill have
set out to bring you specials and seasonal favourites throughout the year.
Mandy Major, manager at The
Horsebox Grill, said: “The horsebox has been a popular grab and go food spot
for years at Fox Valley but since taking it over a year ago, I wanted to make
it my own!”
“Alongside our new signage, we
have added some great outdoor seating around the fountain area, so our
customers can relax and enjoy our great food instead of dashing off!”

The Horsebox Grill is open from
8am until 2pm every day apart from Mondays.
Centre Manager for Fox Valleys,
Claire Biltcliffe, said: “The rebranding looks great and the outdoor seating is
definitely going to be popular with shoppers in these upcoming months.”
Mandy Major became familiar with
Fox Valley through the centre’s markets.
Fox Valley hosts a variety of
different markets to bring the local community together, from its weekly Friday
Market from 10am until 4pm and its Monthly Markets on the first weekend of
every month.
