Dysh Coffee & Kitchen New Operator at Raffina Fox Valley

Dysh Coffee & Kitchen, the popular family-run cafe and restaurant located on Ecclesall Road, is pleased to announce its expansion by taking over operations at Raffina Fox Valley. This move marks an exciting development for Dysh and the local community of Stocksbridge.

Following a brief refurbishment period, Raffina Fox Valley is set to reopen its doors during the week commencing 26 February under the management of Dysh. The transition promises to bring fresh offerings and new energy to the cafe scene in the popular shopping centre.

Dysh Coffee & Kitchen is dedicated to quality and service excellence. With the takeover of Raffina Fox Valley, Dysh aims to enhance the cafe experience by introducing new food options and appointing a dedicated chef to expand the menu selection, with a particular focus on a fabulous breakfast and brunch offer.

Alice Cassinelli, co-owner of Dysh Coffee & Kitchen, shared her excitement about the venture, stating, “We’re thrilled to be expanding to Fox Valley and sharing our passion for great food and service with the local community.”

Mark Ross, owner of Raffina Fox Valley, expressed his enthusiasm for the collaboration, saying, “I’m delighted to welcome Dysh as the new operator of Raffina. Raffina Fox Valley remains closed for refurbishment and will reopen to the public week commencing 26 February, while Redbrik Estate Agents, who occupy the office above the cafe, remains open.
